1. Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Receipt/Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, sanitary goods)
- Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear)
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards

3. Process for Returns
